We understand that life happens, and plans can change.
Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event booking.
For events booked then cancelled more than 30 days out, your deposit will be refunded less a $200 Cancellation Fee.
How do I secure my PourTable?
We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure your PourTable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
For events booked within 30 days, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
How far out should I book?
Every event is unique, and we do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. For events with minimal additions, we recommend booking at least 20 days in advance. Events with custom requests or specialty services are best planned 1–3+ months ahead. Contact us to discuss your event and ideal timeline.
